Reviews are key to standing out from your competition among hoteliers as they have an impact on your positioning in the product browser.


Reviews are broken down into three key elements:

  1. Likelihood to recommend (NPS: yes= 5 /no=1)
  2. Customer service, Implementation, Value for money, Functionalities Ease of use (star rating out of 5)
  3. Qualitative comments (Pros/Cons)


Signed up hoteliers, are able to give their Likelihood to Recommend without the 2 & 3, and are able to complete their review at a later stage as their dashboard.



For hoteliers not yet signed up, they will need to leave a complete review in one go.
