This is why we want to reward and highlight providers that are doing a great job at satisfying their customers and showing this by collecting reviews on Hotelhero. To do that, we are glad to introduce the Hotelhero seasonal “High Performer” badge as a way to help you attract and convince future prospects through 3rd party confirmation.
The way it works is simple:
- Providers who have reached the minimum number of reviews threshold* can unlock the various levels mentioned below
- Providers need to have a minimum Hotelhero Index of 80.
Available badges:
- Bronze: 25 reviews
- Silver: 50 reviews
- Gold: 100 reviews
- Platinium: 150 reviews
*Every year, minimum review threshold will increase as the median number of reviews per provider rises.
